Description
Salary circa £33,500 pa (negotiable based on skills and experience). Plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan and 2 paid volunteering days each year.
On call shift payment of £14.30 per session

What you’ll do
1. Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, person-centred supported housing services.
2. Champion safeguarding and health and safety across the service.
3. Manage performance, supporting colleagues to grow and deliver great outcomes.
4. Oversee service quality, contracts, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
5. Work closely with customers and partners to improve services and outcomes.

You have
6. You have experience leading and supporting teams in housing or care settings.
7. You have confidence managing performance and coaching others to succeed.
8. You have a strong understanding of safeguarding and customer-focused practice.
9. You have experience working with people with diverse and complex needs.
10. You have the ability to manage priorities across varied responsibilities.

11. We’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you and you’ll manage your own diary
12. This is a service-based role where you work alongside customers and lead your team, with flexibility to work from home.
13. You’ll have the opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure the service standards are delivered
14. You’ll need an enhanced DBS and we pay for that.
15. You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
