We are partnered with a client who works with some of the biggest names in the Education, Corporate and Government industries. They are going through a growth phase and are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to primarily drive process improvements, oversee the Service Desk Function, and help drive engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
* Focus on Process Improvement
* Planning and Coordination of Service Desk
* Ensure Engineering team is working towards the agreed SLA’s.
* Coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, and analysing company resources.
* Project Scoping and Planning
* Experience working in a Network Engineering MSP environment is preferable.
* ITIL Certified.

Salary:
* Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
