We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Oxford, 40 hours.

* Keep things running smoothly by overseeing daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork.
* Monitor performance by helping track KPIs and supporting the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.
* Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
* Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carrying out precise adjustments and lens cutting.
