:
1. Entails the delivery of high-quality teaching within classroom, practical and laboratory settings, assessment and administration for animal health focused modules at undergraduate and postgraduate level
2. Supports the development of students to reach their full potential and maximise the opportunities Hartpury offers through academic personal tutoring
3. Ideally suited for an early career University lecturer who has some experience but is looking to expand and grow their career
4. Requires impactful engagement with research or equivalent scholarly activity to support excellence in teaching and learning and the student experience.
About You:
5. Hold a postgraduate degree in animal health sciences or a related topic
6. Ideally, you will be near completion of a level 8 qualification or have equivalent professional standing in a relevant subject area.
7. Highly motivated, self-reliant and enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the highest quality of teaching, learning and student experience to our animal health students.
8. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and team working skills, along with the ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
9. Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to complete a teaching development programme.
10. Evidence of engagement with research and scholarly activity and a willingness to further develop and contribute to this area as a university academic.
