We are seeking a highly motivated Trader to join our dynamic team in our London office supporting our cryptocurrency trading desk with a focus on Korean markets. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within our fast‑growing and innovative organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Execute and manage trades across crypto markets with a focus on Korea and broader Asian markets.
* Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through continuous monitoring of price action, order flow and market developments.
* Develop and implement trading strategies based on quantitative and qualitative market analysis.
* Manage positions, monitor risk exposure and ensure adherence to internal limits and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with research, operations and technology teams to optimize trading tools, execution workflows and post‑trade processes.
* Maintain a strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, market structure and liquidity dynamics.
* Generate trading ideas and contribute to the overall profitability of the desk.
* Provide market insights and performance updates to management and cross‑functional teams.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* Native Korean language skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R or SQL.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
* Keen interest in financial markets and trading.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused approach to trading.
* Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions and handle high volumes of transactions.
* Keen interest in staying updated with trends and news in the fast‑paced world of cryptocurrencies. Prior personal experience is a plus.
