Teaching Assistants - Complex Needs Provision
Due to the expansion of our Primary Complex Needs Provision, The Park Academies Trust is seeking several exceptional and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our new Complex Needs team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Trust that genuinely values its staff and offers a highly supportive working environment.
Location: Based at Kingfisher CE Academy and Red Oaks School
Salary range: Trust grade 1-7 (£24,522 - £25,600 FTE) - depending on experience
Hours: Part time and full time hours available (Term time only)
Start date: September 2026

The Role:
The teaching assistant in these roles will work closely with and report to the complex needs provision leadership team. The role of the TA is to support the teacher, individual and groups of children from primary to secondary across the curriculum working in the unit, as directed by the teacher. The teachers will provide all the necessary planning.
