We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join the team. This position is vital in supporting production and ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt deliveries and organised shipping management.
As a Warehouse Operative you will:
1. Manage all deliveries into and out of the business with precision and care.
2. Replenish stock in production cells and the warehouse to keep operations running seamlessly.
3. Daily scanning for accurate placement of purchase orders to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Book stock that is bought on Purchase orders into the system and putting it away on the shelves ready for use by Production.
5. Despatch – boxing and shipping of finished goods out the door via the most cost effective and most efficient courier to be received by the customer
6. Assist in the shipping department as needed, ensuring operations remain smooth.
The successful candidate must have experience in goods-in and shipping operations, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
This is a temporary role with the potential of becoming permanent for the successful candidate working full time Monday to Thursday9am-17:15pm and Friday 9am-16:30pm on site in Brighton, the pay rate is £12.43 per hour.
