Salary/Pay Rate: £27,500 per annum and mileage for 37.5 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client, reviews and risk assessments in alignment with current standards.
* Provide leadership to the care teams at CareYourWay Chester
* Support all members of the care department by adhering to best practices, policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the Manager's direction.
* Supervise care services and spot-check at CareYourWay Chester according to established standards.
* Maintain current skill levels and participate in training and development as needed to keep practices up to date.
* To take part in the On-call Rota .
* Ensure all employees contribute to the efficient operation of the service and supervise them.
* Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals they support.
