Job Title: Qualified Design Technology Teacher

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a Qualified Design Technology Teacher specializing in Product Design and Textiles to teach KS3 and KS4. You will be responsible for delivering and planning lessons to GCSE standard. This role starts ASAP and is a long-term position. The position is for 5 days a week (Monday – Friday).
You need to hold QTS or NQT and have experience teaching Design Technology to KS3 and KS4. The school is looking for a confident teacher with good communication and behaviour management skills.

* Pay Rate: £150 – £220 per day
* Hours: 8:15 am - 3:30 pm (term time only)
Experience, Training, and Qualifications
* Must have QTS and experience teaching Design Technology in a school setting, either permanently or as supply cover.
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training is essential; a free course can be undertaken with Prospero Teaching if not completed within the last 12 months.

* Right to Work in the UK
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application
* Two professional child-related references
