About the Role: Starting immediately, you will take total ownership of the school's reprographics hub. This role requires an individual who can comfortably handle technical machinery, navigate digital files, and maintain a cheerful, service-oriented presence when handling requests from a large team of educators. Key Responsibilities: Fulfill day-to-day reprographics needs including high-speed printing, multi-page booklet production, cutting, and folding. Assist in creating and printing school promotional materials, banners, and newsletters for external community events. Manage the electronic submission platform for printing requests, keeping staff updated on job progress. Ensure that all copyright regulations and licensing laws are strictly adhered to before copying material. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and coordinate with leasing companies for major servicing. Maintain paper and toner stock levels, ensuring the print room never runs low during peak terms. Requirements: Prior experience in a school reprographics department, commercial print shop, or administrative resource hub. Proficient technical skills, with a strong understanding of print layouts, paper weights, and finishing styles. Excellent interpersonal habits, with the confidence to communicate production timelines clearly to staff. High level of attention to detail to catch formatting or layout errors before printing bulk runs. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to print room machinery and chemical toners.
