Agency Sales Manager – DOOH
We’re working with a fast-scaling Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media owner that’s building serious momentum in the UK.
With a premium London-based network already live and significant expansion planned over the next 18 months, this is a brilliant opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in driving agency revenue.
The role
This is a pure agency-facing sales role, focused on building relationships, driving demand and converting revenue across OOH specialists and media agency planning teams.
You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from opening doors and pitching, through to campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis—working with a genuinely differentiated DOOH product.
What you’ll be doing
• Building and growing relationships with OOH specialists and agency planning teams
• Driving revenue through proactive outreach, meetings and presentations
• Creating and pitching tailored media solutions aligned to client objectives
• Managing campaigns end-to-end, from brief to post-campaign reporting
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Staying on top of market trends across OOH, DOOH and programmatic
What they’re looking for
• 2–5 years’ experience in OOH / DOOH sales
• Strong agency relationships—particularly with OOH specialists
• Confident presenter with a commercial, proactive mindset
• Strong understanding of audience data and campaign measurement
• High energy, ambitious and motivated to grow within a scaling business
