What’s the opportunity?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our People Team as a People Administrator. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and customer-focused HR administration service to colleagues and managers across the business.
As a first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting the wider People Team with accurate, compliant and timely administration.
What does the role involve?
* Managing people‑related queries through the shared service helpdesk, delivering a responsive, professional and first‑class service in line with SLAs
* Processing new starter documentation, contracts, and changes to terms and conditions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintaining and updating HR systems, ensuring employee data is accurate, up to date and compliant with data protection requirements
* Working closely with Talent and Payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely processing of employee changes
* Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and off‑boarding processes
* Liaising with Payroll to ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met
* Supporting People Team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
* Providing general administrative support to the People Team
Who are we looking for?
* We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator, ideally with experience working within a shared service environment.
* We’re particularly keen to speak to candidates who demonstrate:
* Proven HR administration experience, with a strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
* Experience using HR systems and confidence working with data and reports
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A customer‑focused mindset, with a passion for delivering an excellent colleague experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
* A proactive, solution‑focused approach and a willingness to take ownership
* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
