What you will do as a Receptionist
* Handle all incoming calls from clients
* Act as a gatekeeper
* Manage meeting diaries and schedule appointments
* Order consumables and refreshments
* Facilities management including booking contractors
* General administration, assisting senior team
* Opening and distributing post
What you will need
* Only looking for part time hours
* Experience working as a receptionist, ideally within professional services
* Excellent communication skills
* Driver and own transport due to location
* Knowledge of GDPR
* Be able to cover additional days
* Lives within max 30 minute commute from the office
