We are seeking an empathetic and experienced teacher to join a specialist school that supports children with high-support autism and profound multiple learning difficulties. This role is ideal for a teacher who is eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with complex needs while developing their skills in a therapeutic and supportive environment.
About the Role:
1. Salary: £170 – £270 per day
2. Hours: Monday to Friday (term time only)
3. Start Date: Immediately
As an SEN/Complex Needs Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to children with varying levels of learning difficulties, including autism and global developmental delay (GDD). You will design and implement personalised learning plans, create a nurturing and stimulating environment, and use a variety of creative and therapeutic approaches to engage and support the children.

What We’re Looking For:
9. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN or complex needs settings.
10. A compassionate, patient, and resilient individual with a passion for working with children with complex needs.
11. Experience working with children who have autism and/or developmental delays is highly desirable.
12. The ability to create and adapt personalised learning plans and therapeutic interventions.
13. A proactive and flexible approach, willing to learn and adapt to the individual needs of each child.
14. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
