You will lead a team of 4 to 6 Product Designers, coaching them, mentoring them, and providing the direction and thought leadership needed to create extraordinary experiences. You will partner with senior leadership to drive strategy and execution for your domain, proactively setting long-term targets and goals alongside your peers in Product and Engineering.
Within the design organization, we have designers in key senior leadership positions, ensuring you will have support in pushing strategic initiatives across the business.
Our team operates across both B2C and B2B sides, providing end-to-end experiences for candidates and recruiters alike.

Your responsibilities:
* Manage a high-performing, business-critical team.
* Shape the team and culture, manage hiring, and retain team members.
* Provide clear feedback, coaching, and direction to enable your team to deliver outstanding experiences.
* Set high standards for quality and craft, and continually raise our bar.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering peers to make strategic decisions and translate them into actionable items, ensuring clarity and alignment.
* Understand your team’s capacity and communicate it clearly to ensure efficient operation across multiple tracks of delivery and discovery.
* Be a member of the Design Leadership Team, driving organization-wide initiatives and owning key results to advance design maturity.
* Identify opportunities and gaps beyond your immediate team and partner with other leaders to develop joint solutions and experiences.
* Demonstrate resilience and thrive through uncertainty, providing clarity and certainty to your team and domain.
