Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster – You will deliver high quality education, training and coaching and mentoring support to both newly qualified and experienced Trainers to meet contractual and Ofsted requirements. You will promote a culture of training improvement to increase the effectiveness of training delivery by role modelling modern learning techniques and methods. Providing support to educational projects to meet the requirements of any future training delivery.
