Job Details: * Supervising earthworks operations on a relief road / highways project * Managing groundworks activities including cut & fill, drainage, and bulk excavation * Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification * Coordinating operatives, plant, and subcontractors on site * Maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards * CSCS Gold Card essential * SSSTS or SMSTS required
