Be the Go-To Person: Become the internal expert on subsea, ROV, deck and dive crewing, helping colleagues and clients navigate anything from schedules to compliances. Subsea Savvy: You have hands-on knowledge (or strong interest) in ROV, subsea operations, marine and offshore environments. Recruitment Experience: You’ve worked in crewing, logistics, and/or recruitment, ideally in the subsea or marine sectors. Client-First Mindset: You communicate clearly, respond quickly, and build trust with clients and candidates alike. Organised Multitasker: You’re comfortable managing large candidate pools and tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
