The Role
As the Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in:
· Producing clear, accurate cost estimates and tender returns
· Assessing drawings and specifications to evaluate materials and labour
· Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
· Monitoring and reporting on costs throughout project delivery
You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
· Previous experience in a similar estimating or quantity surveying position
· A good understanding of building materials, methods, and fit-out processes
· Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills
