The Role: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help shape project strategies and secure successful bids. Key Responsibilities: Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather and evaluate pricing information. Identify potential risks and opportunities within project proposals. Prepare detailed reports and present estimates to senior management. Support project teams by providing cost advice throughout project lifecycles. Continuously review and refine estimating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. About You: Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, preferably roofing, cladding and facades. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
