The Role
The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Chelmsford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team, handling a varied and interesting caseload of property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
You will be responsible for:
1. Advising on a range of disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, and lease renewals.
2. Managing a caseload of complex property litigation matters, offering commercially sound and strategic advice to clients.
3. Representing clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
4. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a client-first approach.
5. Contributing to business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the department.
Requirements:
6. You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, although more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
7. Strong technical expertise in property litigation and a proven ability to manage your own caseload.
8. Excellent communication and client care skills, with a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
9. A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the firm's growth and success.
