The Role:
Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, you will oversee the commercial and cost management of a large-scale residential development. The role covers everything from procurement and budget control to valuations, subcontractor management, and project reporting, offering wide visibility across departments and a chance to take real ownership of financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Control costs, manage valuations, and maintain accurate financial forecasting throughout the lifecycle of live projects.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, final accounts, and subcontractor payment applications.
• Lead the procurement process and administer subcontractor contracts and variations.
• Work with internal departments to ensure development budgets are completed and maintained.
• Liaise with technical and build teams to provide commercial input during pre-construction and live delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal systems and maintain accurate records using COINS.
• Contribute to value engineering exercises and cost-saving initiatives across the region.
