* Recently renovated office in Durham, seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/experienced Conveyancer
* Full service offering, and impressive Residential Property team
* Members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme
THE ROLE
* This highly regarded firm requires an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its team in its brand new Durham office
* You will be handling a busy caseload of ongoing Residential Property matters including:
* Sales and purchases
* Leasehold and Freehold
* Right to buy and shared ownership
* New build properties
* Buy to let and remortgages
* You will have full support by way of secretarial and administrative support
THE REQUIREMENTS
* The successful candidate must be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced conveyancing fee earner
* You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience handling your own Residential Property matters from inception through to completion
