Location: Wigan / Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week on site)

Package: £55,000 OTE (£40,000 basic + uncapped bonus) + benefits


Are you a driven sales professional ready to play a key role in business growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation that supports ambitious retail brands with intelligent fulfilment and logistics solutions.


As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business Development to generate new leads, qualify inbound enquiries, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities — all while enjoying a collaborative, supportive team environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research new business prospects aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP). Support webinars, attend networking events, and help build a qualified prospect database.
* Outbound Sales: Initiate contact via phone, email, and social channels to create intrigue and secure discovery meetings.
* Inbound Sales: Qualify inbound leads using consultative sales techniques to assess fit and opportunity.
* Sales Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare bid documentation, and support with reporting and sales follow-up activity.


What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within a logistics or supply chain environment
* Consultative, solutions-led approach to selling, with the ability to both generate and progress opportunities
* Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
* Confident communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to engage key decision-makers
* Proficient with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
* Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence required
