Do you have DC pensions oexpereince and looking to diverify and develop your experience with SIPPS, if so this client is seeking a Retail Pensions Administrator to join an area of the business plays a pivotal role in managing the rapid growth of their SIPP product within the business.
As well as managing daily workloads, address queries, and handle escalated or complaint cases, the role will see you (with training) oversee process risks and adherence to reporting and data quality rules related to owned processes. Additionally responsibilities will also include:
* The maintenance and updating of team procedures, process flows, and quick guides following process changes or improvements
* Skilful management of technical or complex client instructions to ensure optimal client outcomes
* Handle appropriate escalation of issues to management, especially those posing regulatory, reputational, or financial risks
* Be in direct contact with clients and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve any outstanding operational queries.
