We are supporting a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector to recruit a Consumer Sales and Excellence Lead to join their Commercial team. This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week with the opportunity to work one day a week from home.
This is a senior, hands-on position where you will lead by example, act as the subject matter expert for complex and high-value enquiries and play a key role in driving both sales performance and customer excellence across the team.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the escalation point for complex or high-value customer enquiries
Support the Manager in coaching, mentoring and developing the team
Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Manage complex sales from enquiry through to completion
