The Support Worker Role
You’ll be supporting children and young people with complex needs, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where they can thrive. Your role will involve:

Building trusting relationships with young people.
*
Supporting daily routines, education, and leisure activities.

Working as part of a dedicated team to provide consistent care.

Participating in sleep-in shifts (included in the salary package).
Applicant Criteria
We’re looking for caring, resilient, and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our small residential care service. While the home itself is close-knit and family-style, you’ll also benefit from being part of a larger, supportive organisation that invests in its people. You will need to be able to:

Work Long Day shifts, 7am-10pm
*
Work your share of Sleep-In shifts as required
*
Demonstrate suitable experience supporting young people with complex needs and behavioural issues. Previous experience in roles such as Residential Childcare Worker, Support Worker, SEN and Teaching Assistant is ideal.

Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and composed manner and have the resilience to do so.
*
Commit to completing work-based qualifications (fully funded)
