Job Description Our client, a leading global international City law firm, is seeking a talented funds solicitor to join its top ranked funds and asset management practice.

With a strong presence across major global markets, they are at the forefront of the legal industry, providing comprehensive solutions to a diverse range of clients.
You will be involved in a variety of high-profile transactions, working with institutional and boutique asset managers both in the UK and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on fund formation, including listed and unlisted funds
Handling complex transactional matters with a significant international component
Providing regulatory and specialist tax structuring expertise
Engaging directly with clients, offering bespoke legal advice
Supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2+ PQE with experience gained at a Top 20 or US/international law firm that has a highly reputable funds practice
Strong legal skills in complex drafting, negotiation, and project management
