Role Overview
TSA Surveying is supporting a Housing Association in Kent and requires a qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for a long‑term contract.
* Conduct Stock Condition and RDSAP surveys across residential properties in and around Kent.
* Work with a portfolio of 3,000+ properties (property list available).
* Must be a QUALIFIED DEA.
* Paid per survey – covering flats, houses and blocks.
* Outside IR35.
Contract Details
* Duration: 12‑month rolling contract.
* Start Date: Expected from 5th May.
* Appointments: Pre‑arranged by the client with optional door‑knocking.
* Equipment Provided: ID badges, tablet, calling cards, letters of authority.
