At Snelsky Studios, we’re a fully in-house, social-first video marketing agency based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
We create video podcasts, brand films, video ads and social content that helps B2B brands stand out online.
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, has strong pacing and taste, and can turn raw footage into clean, engaging edits that feel modern and premium.
What You’ll Do
* Edit high-quality video content across a range of projects, including corporate films, case studies, interviews, events and social content
* Create social-first cutdowns (especially 9:16), with strong hooks, pacing and retention in mind
* Build clean, polished timelines: selects, structure, pacing, music and finishing
* Handle the essentials of post: audio levelling / tidy-up, colour correction, exporting versions and managing revisions
* Create simple, brand-led graphics (titles, lower thirds, supers)
* Collaborate with the team to develop edits that align with client objectives, brand identity and platform
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio that shows strong storytelling and pacing
* Final Cut Pro experience is ideal (but we’re open to confident editors working in other softwares)
* Corporate editing experience is advantageous (talking heads, interviews, messaging-led content, clean premium finishes)
* Strong attention to detail across audio, typography, exports, file management and versioning
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality
* Understanding of social platforms and how to tailor content to each channel
This is an in-person role at our studio in East Grinstead, West Sussex - you’ll need to be able to commute to the office or relocate.
Experience Required
* Video Editing: 2+ years (agency / production company experience is a bonus)
A portfolio of your work is required to be considered for this role.
