People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in the Tamworth, Staffordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, stability, and ongoing development within a professional working environment.
Shifts: Monday – Friday | Start Times Between 03:00 and 07:00 (flexibility required)
Pay Rate: £17.00 – £25.18 per hour

Rates of Pay
• Basic: £17.00 per hour
• Saturday: £19.14 per hour
• Sunday: £25.18 per hour
Day-to-Day Duties
• Carry out 2–3 depot-to-depot trunking runs per shift (no handball – curtain-sider work)
• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently to and from delivery locations
• Complete daily vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Ensure all loads are secure and comply with transport regulations
• Communicate effectively with the transport office and customers
