We’re working with a weing primary school in Pill, Bristol to recruit a dedicated andpassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
Your Role Will Include:
1. Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
2. Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
3. Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
4. Supporting emotional regulation and social development
5. Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion
What We’re Looking For:
6. A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
7. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
8. Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs – highly desirable
9. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – an advantage, but not essential
