About the role
Our Financial Planning and Analysis team have a new opportunity to join them as a QRM Insight and Modelling Lead.
This role will lead the development and enhancement of QRM for the wider group, including implementation of behavioural models. In addition this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models and analytics that support the wider Finance and Group strategy.
This individual will collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure that the needs of a wide range of internal customers are being met.
This role will lead a team of professionals that acts as a central support function for QRM and financial modelling across Finance, ensuring they are compliant with model governance requirements. The role will also develop the use of analytical tools ( Power BI) across the Finance function.

The role can operate from either our Head Office campus in Binley, Coventry or our Manchester office but travel to both locations will be required. A team-led hybrid working arrangement is in place.

About you

To be successful in this role it’s essential you have:
8. QRM model development
9. Significant proven experience in a finance/treasury function and covering model development
10. Strong experience of dealing with various internal customers and stakeholders at all levels
11. Experience of using analytical tools to provide financial insight
12. Ability to motivate a team in a demanding environment
13. Focus on documentation of solutions, adhering to model governance requirements
14. Credibility with senior stakeholders
Desirable experience will be:
15. Prioritisation and workflow management
16. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience
