About the role and requirements
We are looking for someone with high expectations, who is able to motivate and organise. The successful candidate will be able to make substantial and sustained contributions to the school team and beyond. The school has a centralised behaviour management system, supports staff workload, and an Alternative Provision on site for students who struggle with the mainstream setting. The school also features a thriving 6th Form and extensive facilities including a staff gym, industrial hospitality facility for catering courses, five ICT suites, a fully resourced Library, staff dining, and a comprehensive Steps to Support programme and staff well-being initiatives. The post is subject to safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check and Children’s Barred List check, and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and related amendments. This role is UK-based and requires the right to work in the UK.
