Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a national FM service provider who are looking for a Regional Contract Manager to support on their PFI/LIFT healthcare contracts. This is a full time permanent position based in West London with a starting salary of £60k with an ASAP start. The successful Regional Contract Manager will be responsible for: * maintaining and improving our operational service delivery standards across PFI contracts * working collaboratively with the Technical Manager to deliver PPM and Reactive tasks at 100% within the relevant KPI, and with relevant project teams to protect the business against financial and reputational breaches through rigorous management of payment mechanisms and mitigation against unavailability * supporting effective operational delivery, and you will act as the subject matter expert on contractual interpretation and deliverables, ensuring delivery to all contractual requirements, its associated schedules, and the Partnering Agreement. * developing and executing plans to deliver objectives, KPIs, Continuous Improvement Indicators and any other indicators as required to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful Regional Contract Manager will be able to demonstrate: * strong relationships with stakeholders, and this will be crucial, as you will be acting as the client liaison & interface between provider and client * 3 years proven experience operating in the FM sector with a demonstrable track record of directly managing multi-site portfolios within a large and complex estate, within a healthcare or similar PPP/PFI environment * a complex understanding of contractual matters, including interpreting contract clauses and obligations along with their effective and clear communication to others * Degree-level education in a relevant construction or mechanical discipline and hold or be working towards a professional membership (such as IWFM or similar) * completion of IOSH or NEBOSH training preferable If you match the above criteria and ar interested in the role, please send your CV through for a discussion about the role – many thanks
