Financial Controller - Hospitality Sector

We’re working with a well-established hospitality group based near Richmond, London, currently looking to appoint a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Controller to help steer the business through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Support commercial decisions with meaningful financial insights and analysis
* Work closely with operational teams to optimise financial performance
* Oversee compliance, internal controls, and risk management
* Present financial reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* Hospitality sector experience is essential (multi-site preferred)
* Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling)
* Strong financial analysis, data manipulation, and reporting skills
* Comfortable working with large data sets and financial systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
* Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
