Rate of Pay: £19.82 - £26.15 per hour
Summary:
The Contract & Partnership Officer role provides customer-focused housing services across a partnerships and supported housing portfolio. You will deliver intensive housing management to residents living in supported housing schemes and community homes, ensuring tenancy sustainment, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver a customer-focused housing management service aligned with organisational values, legislation, policies, and best practice
* Provide intensive housing management for residents with identified support needs, working closely with external support providers, commissioners, and partners
* Act as the principal point of contact for managing agents, managing contracts and relationships to ensure service performance
* Manage voids including pre-void inspections, referrals, applicant assessments, risk assessments, tenancy fraud checks, affordability checks, sign-ups, CORE completion, and system updates
* Investigate and manage tenancy breaches using informal and formal interventions, including ASB, debt, nuisance, and crime cases
* Prepare and progress legal action where required, including notices, court papers, attending hearings, eviction reports, and completing eviction processes
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent
Essentials:
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle
* Demonstrable experience working in supported housing or a housing-related support environment
* Proven customer-facing experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Experience managing relationships with partner agencies, including performance monitoring and contract management
* Knowledge of housing-related health and safety and property management legislation
