If yes, then you might be the right fit for our Operations strategy team as a Dialler and Resource Planner at our Kings Hill office, ME19 4UA.

Your role will be highly versatile, ranging from planning daily activities across multiple sites to overseeing data. You will maintain a high-performance blended calling environment for the Contact Centre, execute Dialler campaigns in line with planning schedules, monitor various metrics, and communicate with stakeholders. You will also identify efficiency gains and mitigate risks using available tools and functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Report system issues to Operational Teams, IT, and vendors
* Meet strategic goals through forecasting, planning, and communication
* Manage configuration items of Dialler & resource planning products
* Analyze performance data using live and historic data sets
* Inform stakeholders of updates and schedule intentions
* Respond to underperformance and noncompliance issues
* Assist in system testing of Dialler & Resource Planning Products
* Manage communication channels respecting OFCOM and TCF standards
* Produce demand forecasts considering trends and business strategies
* Collaborate with Operations Analytics Team for oversight
* Prepare planning schedules for Dialler and SMS across sites
* Ensure governance and resource availability for planned activities
* Resolve resource constraints in delivery plans with the team
Requirements from you:
* Basic knowledge of Dialler/SMS technology
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Intermediate Excel Skills
* Strong computer literacy, especially PowerPoint
* Organizational and prioritization skills
* SQL knowledge is desirable but not essential
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Teamwork skills to resolve issues
* Ability to build strong business relationships
