Requirements:
6. Previous experience working with SEN students is advantageous but not mandatory.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
8. Demonstrated passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children with special needs.
9. Ability to remain flexible and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of SEN students.
10. While not obligatory, possessing relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is beneficial.
