Role Responsibilities
1. Ensure the highest standards of customer service at all times.
2. Manage stock effectively and maintain back-of-house standards.
3. Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
4. Represent our brand through personal presentation standards.
5. Maintain store visual standards.
6. Embody the Kurt Geiger DNA: Customer Focused, Brand Focused, SHINE, Driven, and Inclusive.
7. Previous experience in a similar retail role is preferred.
8. Be a customer service ambassador, working towards KPIs.
