We are working with a fantastic, well-established business based in Hawarden who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join their small, friendly team. Working closely with the company Accountant and support team, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day accounts and payroll duties to help keep things running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: • Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and efficiently • Managing purchase and sales ledgers • Completing bank reconciliations and general account maintenance • Assisting with VAT returns and financial reporting • Handling supplier invoices, payments, and queries • Providing general finance administration support as needed You will have: • Previous experience in a similar accounts and payroll position is essential • Construction industry experience would be highly beneficial but not essential • Confident using accounting software Sage • High attention to detail, organised and reliable • A true team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative team What is on offer: •£26,000 - £28,000 pro-rata • Flexible working: 3 full days or 5 shorter days per week • Friendly and down-to-earth working environment • Free onsite parking • Opportunity to join a stable, growing local business If you are an experienced Accounts & Pay...
