The role
involves regular travel across the Borough of Neath Port Talbot, and further afield to different Local Authority areas.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a tenancy support setting, advice service or social care role, and a working knowledge of the various issues and problems encountered by homeless households, including an understanding of how to support individuals and families to overcome these issues and access support.
Ideally you will have; a minimum of 4 GCSE's Grades A-C.
