Social Media Manager – Demi Fine Jewellery | Reading, Berkshire | Office-based (4–5 days)
We're working with a growing demi fine jewellery brand on the hunt for a creative and community-minded Social Media Manager to take ownership of their social presence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes short-form content and understands how to build a loyal, engaged audience in the jewellery or wider lifestyle space. You'll be joining a brand at an exciting stage of its growth — with real scope to shape the social strategy and make your mark.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end social media output across the brand's channels — with Instagram and TikTok at the heart of it, alongside any other relevant platforms where the brand has a presence or ambitions to grow. From ideation and content creation through to scheduling, publishing and community management, this is a broad and hands‑on role.
You will have a strong visual eye, a natural feel for what resonates with a jewellery audience, and the confidence to engage meaningfully with the brand's growing community. Day‑to‑day you can expect to be creating and filming content, developing the content calendar, monitoring trends and platform updates, responding to comments and DMs, and working closely with the wider team to ensure the brand's voice is consistent and compelling across every touchpoint.
About You
* Proven experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally within jewellery, fashion or lifestyle
* Confident on camera and behind the camera — comfortable shooting and editing your own content
* Strong across Instagram and TikTok, with a broader awareness of the wider social landscape
* Creative, organised and proactive, with a genuine passion for the world of jewellery and accessories
* Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team where no two days look the same
