Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their leading Employment & Immigration Group in Aberdeen. The team advises major UK and international businesses, financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies, providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law expertise alongside global mobility services.

What Youll Do
* Provide day-to-day advice across the full range of employment and discrimination law.
* Lead and support on significant mandates, including litigation and strategic projects.
* Contribute to business development and relationship building to support team growth.
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, including trainees and paralegals.
* Collaborate across practice areas to deliver tailored, commercial solutions.
What Were Looking For
* A qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE in employment law (more experienced applicants welcome).
* Strong technical knowledge, drafting and communication skills.
* A practical, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
* Team-oriented, ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels.
* Interest in developing both contentious and non-contentious expertise, with immigration experience an advantage but not essential.
