Role Description
This is a contract role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Director. The director will oversee and guide the end-to-end process of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, performing due diligence, developing corporate strategies, and negotiating terms. Additionally, the director will create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and collaborate with external legal and financial advisors. The role is a hybrid position, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
* Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
* Experience in conducting Due Diligence
* Proficiency in Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
