Due to continued success and growth; we're looking for an experienced property manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of the MJS Group, a construction company that builds and rents out its own properties.
Our goal is to significantly expand our rental portfolio over the next 5 years, and we are in need of a skilled property co-ordinator to join our property management team to assist our current team as the portfolio grows.
Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Property Coordinator based in March. As a Property Coordinator, your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance issues across our portfolio, which includes rented properties, holiday lets in Norfolk, and MJS House.
MJS also own blocks of apartments, and you will have a shared duty in ensuring complete Fire Safety Order compliance.
Using our CRM system, you will be in charge of managing reported issues, identifying causes, organizing repairs, and monitoring costs. You will also conduct property checks when tenants move out, handle end-of-tenancy damages, charges, and repairs, and oversee safety checks, as well as block management looking after our apartment blocks.
Effective communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues is essential. As a family-owned company with a strong reputation in March, providing exceptional customer service is a top priority. You will play a key role in supporting the property management team and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in property management and customer service
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the property letting industry
- Must have own car and a valid driver's license.
Location of work - March, Cambs
Working hours - Monday-Friday / full time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
