We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery across reception, mailroom, meeting rooms, and general office services.
What You'll Do
Welcome visitors and manage reception services professionally.
Coordinate couriers, mail handling, and goods in/out processes.
Support meeting room bookings and audio-visual equipment setup.
Maintain kitchen and breakout areas, signage, and notice boards.
Conduct building walkthroughs, workplace inspections, and quality checks.
Liaise with landlords, clients, and contractors to maintain service standards.
Manage stationery supplies and assist with administrative tasks.
