About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Northampton Wootton Fields is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery with a capacity of 104, known for its passionate and longstanding team. The staff create engaging environments for children. The nursery is conveniently located near Junction 15 of the M1 with regular bus services, free parking, and lunch for employees. A flexible four-day workweek is available.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership
* Oversee development and wellbeing of children; track progress and communicate with parents
* Act as Key Person, meeting holistic development and personal care needs
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secure
Required Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
* Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience is advantageous (Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Passionate about fostering development and positive relationships with families
