Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing shop environment through effective merchandising strategies.
* Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote additional products.
* Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform basic mathematical calculations for transactions and inventory management.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
* Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills to maintain a tidy shop environment and manage stock efficiently.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
* A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting products to enhance customer satisfaction.
