Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments. This position is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, as well as assisting on the Trade Counter.
* Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, face-to-face & email.
* Manage customer enquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order processing.
* Assist the transport department with administrative tasks.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as required.
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights based on customer feedback.

Skills

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 07:30am - 5:00pm

Alternate weekends - Saturday 07:30am - 5:00pm & Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Pay

Meets Nat Min.

Job Type: Full-time
